I handcraft each pair of earrings using seven layers of paper, making them incredibly lightweight. The base is made of five layers of thick mixed media paper that I glue together, then file, and paint. The two final layers I add an image of my drawings. Finally, I finish them with a poly-acrylic to add a bit of protection and shine.
